Forecast Discussion: A wave of low pressure passing south of the New England will exit on Saturday after spilling some snow on southern portions of the state. The sun will show and west winds will increase, with good mixing, temperatures around freezing, and GOOD air quality. Much of the same of Sunday, but with lighter winds. On Monday, another chance of snow turning to rain, with clouds moving in, highs around 40F, and lower mixing heights which should lead to some MODERATE fine particles.
