Forecast Discussion: At 2 p.m. EDT this Tuesday afternoon, drier air has moved into the area on west to northwest winds. This influx of dry air has pushed ozone levels down into the lower moderate and upper good ranges. With high pressure, lighter winds, and a fair amount of sunshine for the day Wednesday, ozone production will support moderate concentrations. Our weather will then take a turn for the unsettled later on this week with areas of low pressure coming out of the Midwest producing more cloudiness and shower activity. With this, the air will cool down, and ozone production will be reduced.---McAuliffe
