Forecast Discussion: The coastal storm will slowly move away from the State of Delaware on Tuesday. Clouds will linger all day, however, with scattered rain showers continuing through the early afternoon. Breezy northerly winds and clean onshore transport aloft will keep particles in the low end of the Good range. **Extended Forecast: Weak high pressure will briefly build over the region on Wednesday, which will mean the return of sunny skies. Diminishing winds will turn southerly and transport warm air into the state, limiting vertical mixing and allowing particles to accumulate. With clean regional and upwind particle concentrations, increases on Wednesday will be limited to the upper end of the Good range. A quick-moving cold front will arrive early Thursday morning. Clean air and breezy winds behind the frontal passage will push particles lower into the Good range. -Huff
