Forecast Discussion: 2/26 - An unsettled pattern will continue into Wednesday providing dense fog and a chance for rain in the morning. However, easterly winds in the afternoon will help to limit particle concentrations to the upper good category. 2/27 - Blustery winds and cold temperatures behind a passing cold front will provide a clean air mass to the region. As a result, particle concentrations will drop into the lower good category state-wide. 2/28 - Breezy winds will persist into Friday helping levels of fine particulates remain in the good category state-wide. 2/29 - A quiet and dry day is expected on Saturday with temperatures in the upper 30s, breezy westerly winds, and mostly sunny skies. Air quality will remain in the good category. 3/1 - Sunny skies and temperatures reaching the 40s are forecast for Sunday. Light winds out of the west-northwest will provide clean air to the Garden State. Air quality will remain in the good category. 3/2 - Mostly sunny skies and temperatures reaching the mid 40s are forecast for Monday. Light recirculating winds will allow levels of fine particulates to rise slightly but remain in the upper good category.
