Forecast Discussion: We should see a mixture of CODE GREEN and CODE YELLOW for ground-level ozone in all zones this Friday afternoon. We should see mostly sunny skies on Saturday, with a northeast wind flow across South Carolina. As a result, ozone concentrations may be elevated during the afternoon hours and some urban pluming could affect some regions in the northern part of the state. Thus, the Upstate and Catawba zones will be at CODE YELLOW, while all other zones will be at CODE GREEN on Saturday.
