Forecast Discussion: Another warm late summer day is in store to kick off the holiday weekend. Afternoon temperatures should reach close to 80 with ozone levels remaining in the upper good range. Showers and a thunderstorm will develop Sunday afternoon and evening, but ozone might move into the lower moderate range in spots. Thunderstorms will be scattered around the area on Monday, with ozone again going into the lower moderate range. More cloudiness on Tuesday will lower ozone to the upper good range. A new area of high pressure then builds in from the north on Wednesday, bringing good air quality.
