Forecast Discussion: It looks like ozone will reach code YELLOW in the Upstate, Central Savannah and Catawba zones on this Friday afternoon, but should stay code GREEN elsewhere. High pressure will remain in firm control of our weather on Saturday. So another very warm and mostly sunny day is on tap. However, moisture will increase significantly and upstream sourcing -- mainly off the Atlantic -- will be clean. This should reduce ground-level ozone to the code GREEN range in all zones on Saturday.
