Forecast Discussion: A clean, cool, and dry air mass will build into the Mid-Atlantic region on Wednesday. It will be mostly sunny with gusty northwesterly winds. Air quality will be well inside the Good range. **Extended Forecast: Similar weather conditions on Thursday will keep air quality in the Good range. On Friday, a warm front will approach from the southwest. Temperature and humidity will increase as winds shift to the south. Particle concentrations will rise in response, particularly in the morning during a period of stagnation, but winds will pick up in the afternoon and limit daily average air quality to the upper Good range. -Huff
